Who we are
This website is operated by Elystra Limited, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 498863, with its registered office at Aigyptou 12, 1097 Nicosia, Cyprus. Elystra Limited is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
What data we collect
- This website has no contact form and does not use advertising tools.
- With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which parts of the site people read. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies named _ga and _ga_S43CB9DE57 that hold a random identifier, and collects information about your device, browser, approximate location and the pages you view. If you reject, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookies are set.
- We keep your cookie choice in your browser's local storage, so that we do not ask again on every visit.
- If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and the content of your message.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the time of your visit.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and keep a record of our correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- To measure how the website is used, with Google Analytics. The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it at any time under Cookie settings at the bottom of the page.
- To keep the website secure and available. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting our systems.
- To meet legal obligations that apply to us.
How long we keep it
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to handle your enquiry and for the period the law requires. Server logs are kept for a limited time and then deleted. Google Analytics cookies last up to two years. Google Analytics keeps event data for 2 months and user-level data for up to 14 months.
Who we share it with
We use service providers for hosting and email, who process data on our instructions. Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics and processes analytics data on our behalf. We may disclose data to authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Transfers outside the EEA
If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses. Google may process analytics data in the United States on the basis of the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict its use, object to its use and ask for it in a portable format. To use these rights, write to admin@elystra.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus or with the data protection authority in your country.
